All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. As all abayas are custom made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer exchanges for items that are confirmed to be faulty due to an error on our part.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
We strongly encourage customers to review all size guides and product descriptions thoroughly before placing an order.
Faulty Items
Exchanges are only accepted for items that are confirmed to be faulty.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by providing:
• Your order number
• Clear images showing the fault
• A brief description of the issue
Items reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
Once your request has been assessed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item.
Important Information
• No refunds are offered under any circumstances
• Exchanges are not available for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect item selection
• Variations in colour due to lighting or screen display differences are not considered faults
• Hijabs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
Approved Exchange Process
If your exchange is approved:
• The item must be dispatched within 48 hours of approval
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• A tracked shipping service must be used, and the tracking number must be provided to us once the item has been dispatched
We do not cover return shipping costs.
Once your item is received and inspected, your replacement item will be processed within 7 business days.
Return Condition Requirements
All items sent back for exchange must:
• Be unworn and unaltered
• Be free from stains, damage, or any signs of wear
• Be returned in their original packaging
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Delivery & Responsibility
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are unable to make any changes to the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
NoorByZoya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions or incorrect address details.
Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our responsibility. Ownership and liability for the shipment transfer to the customer from that point onward.
